In CX+, they have paired this amazing coating to a high performance 5-ply clad-aluminum construction with brushed stainless steel exterior. The multiple layers of aluminum and stainless steel ensure rapid heat response and even distribution. Stratanium+ nonstick is bonded directly to the pan, so it doesn't blister, peel or scrape away, even when using metal utensils. The ergonomically designed riveted handles are easy to grasp, while the tempered glass lid is both stylish and functional, topped with Scanpan's signature stainless steel knob. The Scanpan CX+ braiser chef's pan features a beautiful brushed finish smooth exterior, is induction compatible and oven safe up to 480 degrees F. Metal utensil and dishwasher safe.
